We will coordinate and execute all the work from wedding timeline creation to choosing your color palette to selecting the vendors and setting up your appointments to coordinating the wedding day itself making sure your day is flawlessly executed.
We will help bring your vision to life and take the stress off you.
This package includes all that you will need to pull off a Paradise wedding from the initial concept to the final execution.

Month of Coordination
(Pearl Package)
This is for the couple that has already planned their wedding but wants us to handle the final communications with the vendors, put together a “wedding weekend” timeline, organize the wedding party and vendors, and conduct your wedding rehearsal and wedding day for up to 10 hours.
This helps the bride and family members relax and enjoy those precious moments they’ve been working towards for months.
We will take over a month leading to your special day and help you execute all your hard work.
We are still able to provide you with any vendor recommendations at this time for any vendor you have not secured yet, with a small vendor referral fee.
Our Pearl Package include, but not limited to:
- Complimentary Consultation 30 days prior to your big day
- Pre-Wedding Planning
- Up to 3 In-Person Planning Meetings
- Unlimited Phone/Text/Email Conversations

Partial Service Wedding Planning
(Posh package)
This is for the couple who already have part of their wedding planned but need help getting the rest of the process done – wanting us to serve as a support system.
Based on your wedding style, wedding budget and what has been planned so far, we help bring your vision to reality.
This package is customized to fit the clients’ needs based on what needs to be done before the big day

Vendor Management
If you are simply looking for a vendor, we will recommend our 5-star vendors to you. We will manage them taking away every stress of communication, follow up, and scheduling from you.
We provide a FREE COMPLIMENTARY one-hour phone/skype/FaceTime consultation to all potential clients prior to you retaining us for our services. This consultation involves discussing your event vision, helps us to determine your needs and how we can best meet and exceed them.
If you prefer to have a face to face initial consultation, you will be billed with a $100 non-refundable deposit, where we schedule a 1 to 2-hour meeting in person to discuss your event/wedding theme and vision. If you are sold on our recommendation and proceed with signing the contract, the $100 deposit will be applied towards your remaining balance. (Prices of vendor management will be an additional cost and paid separately).
